新出厂磨面机安装后都要进行调试方可试车，开机前应仔细检查传动皮带及防护装置，检查各部分紧固件是否松动，检查轴承、齿轮松紧是否合适，检查粮仓、磨内是否有异物，用手转动磨机大皮带轮，检查颤动是否正常。
