一、初清小麦进入毛麦仓之前的清理过程称为初清。初清少应通过一道风筛结合的初清筛。初清的任务是清 除小麦中的大杂质(麦秸、麦穗、麻绳、木片等)和部分轻而小的杂质,以避免大杂质堵塞设备的进出口或输送管道,和避免灰尘到处飞扬。小麦进入毛麦仓前,应设置一道自动秤,以便及时了解小麦的品种、数量,有计划地进仓和为小麦搭配提供依据。
